2. Collection of general information (server logfiles)

When accessing our website, data (server logfiles) such as browser type, operating system, IP address, referrer URL and time stamp are automatically recorded by the web server. The processing is carried out in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR to ensure system stability, reliability and network security.

3. Cookies and session management

Our website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies (session cookies such as) PHPSESSID) to maintain the login status in the customer portal, the blog and web generators as well as in the administration area. No tracking, analysis or advertising cookies are used. The legal basis for the storage is § 25 Abs. 2 No. 2 TDDDG in Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4. Contact Form, Requests & 3D Print Uploads (FreeScout)

If you use our request form, your information (name, e-mail address, telephone number, company, selected tariff and free text) including any uploaded model files (e.g. .stl files for 3D printing) will be processed in our self-hosted helpdesk system FreeScout on our own server infrastructure in German data centers (Art. 6 para.) 1 lit. b GDPR for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and art. 6 para 1 lit. a GDPR based on your consent.

5. Customer Account & Web Generators (FlatBlog & Webdesign)

As part of the use of the customer portal and the web generators, we process the data necessary for authentication and provision of the services (user name, customer name, cryptographically hashed passwords, booked tariff type and configuration parameters of your instances) on the basis of type. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfilment of the contract.

6. Customer Management & Invoicing (Invoice Ninja)

For accounting, offers and commercial processing we use the self-hosted software Invoice Ninja. The data processing is based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR as well as the fulfilment of statutory commercial and tax retention obligations (Art. 6 para 1 lit. c GDPR).

7. Your rights

According to the GDPR, you have the right to access your stored data free of charge at any time (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
